AT "KYOWA-GETNER", WE HONOR OUR COMMITMENT to quality with a Lifetime Warranty on all microscopes and instruments. This warranty covers defects in material

WHAT’S COVERED:

  • Repair or replacement of defective products.
  • Components and systems free from material or workmanship defects.

 

WHAT’S NOT COVERED:

Consumable parts, routine maintenance, and damage from improper use, repair, or abuse.

Repairs made by users or repairs not performed by our authorized service.

 

UPGRADES AND MAINTENANCE:

  • Guaranteed upgrades for 10 to 15 years from the purchase date.
  • Ongoing supply of maintenance and upgrade components at cost.
  • Annual maintenance contracts (AMC/CMC) are available after the first year.

 

WARRANTY SERVICE:

  • To report defects, email our service department at getner888@hotmail.com for a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#).
  • Return the product with the RMA# in proper packaging, prepaid freight, and insurance. We will repair or replace it as needed.

 

NON-WARRANTY REPAIRS:

For repairs outside the warranty or guarantee, we will provide an estimate and proceed with your authorization. Repairs are guaranteed for one year.

REFURBISH AND
UPGRADE

The GETNER Team is available to refurbish not only "KYOWA-GETNER" microscopes but also other reputable brands like Olympus, Zeiss, Leica, and Nikon.

We also undertake the upgradation of your microscopes with the latest components to save costs. We guarantee the supply of components and spares for a minimum of 10 years from the date of supply.
