Chairman & Founder
Established the first Getner manufacturing unit in 1970 in association with Kyowa Optical Co., Ltd., Tokyo. Under his innovative and dynamic leadership, Getner has grown into a prominent name in microscopy over the last 55 years, with five registered manufacturing units in India. His contributions have been widely recognized with awards, including the Bharatiya Udyog Ratan and an Honor from MEOPTA, Czech Republic.
Mr. Vikas Banga
Director – Dental Division
A highly qualified engineer with extensive hands-on training from leading organizations including CHIRANA (Czechoslovakia), and MEOPTA (Czech Republic) and factories in, France, and Germany. Mr. Banga oversees the development and marketing of advanced dental instruments, cameras, and software, playing a key role in driving the company’s success.
Mrs. Anu Wadhwa
Director
A postgraduate with training in quality management from Kyowa Optical Co. Ltd., Mrs. Wadhwa has managed the company’s Training & Management System for over 25 years. She provides strategic guidance and fosters effective collaboration within the team, contributing significantly to business development.
Mrs. Mona Banga
Director
A highly qualified professional with hands-on training from CHIRANA and MEOPTA (Czech Republic) Mrs. Banga leads the development and marketing of high-end optical and medical instruments, cameras, and software. Her commitment and positive attitude are vital to the company’s achievements.
Mrs. Moyra Wadhwa

A gold medallist and postgraduate is our youngest director on the board, Mrs. Moyra Wadhwa brings a fresh perspective to software and business development. Her active participation in industrial activities and exhibitions significantly enhances the company’s growth.
